Refund Policy

Returns will be accepted on unopened and unused items with their original packaging/tags still attached within 30 days of original purchase. Please contact us prior to returning the item for return authorization. We do not accept returns on sale items or electrical parts.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (within 5 days).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again. If you checked out using PayPal then you will need to check your PayPal account to see if the refund has been made (it does not automatically go back on your credit card/bank account). Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items are sold as-is and cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, send us an email at and upon acknowledgement of your email please send your item to: 255 Edinger Rd, Wentzville Missouri US 63385 for exchange. If you purchased the wrong item by mistake and need a different item we will refund the first purchase upon receipt of it and you may repurchase the correct item (you must contact us first to obtain a return authorization)

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 255 Edinger Rd Missouri US 63385. Returns will not be accepted with out prior authorization.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When returning an item you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is best to keep the tracking information of your returned item until you have heard from us that we have received it and processed a refund. If this information cannot be provided to us in the case of a lost package a refund will not be given.
