Are all parts new and in their original packaging?
AgNLawn.com does not sell used goods through this avenue. We also make every attempt to provide the best possible quality of the goods we ship at the time of packaging.
How do I cancel my order? / How do I return an item?
To cancel an order, email us at CustomerSupport@agnlawn.com or call us at (636) 366-2336.
NOTE: We can only cancel orders prior to shipping.
To return an item, please ship it to 35 Progress Court, Moscow Mills, MO 63362. To ensure an efficient return process, please include your name and order number in your package. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund immediately.
My order is incorrect or arrived broken. How do I exchange?
First off, we are so sorry for the headache this causes you!
In the event the item is broken, please take a picture of the item and email it to email@example.com. We will immediately send out a replacement.
If you've received the wrong item, or fewer of an item than you ordered, or the item you received is in any way suboptimal from your expectations, give us a call at (636) 366-2336 or email us at CustomerSupport@agnlawn.com, so we can send you a shipping label to send us the items back and we can get the correct parts out as soon as possible.
How quickly will I receive my package? / Where is my package?
All orders ship within 24 of receipt Monday through Friday. Most orders received before 2:00pm CST will ship same day.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information included. If you notice an odd delay as the package is in route to you, give us a call at (636) 366-2336 or email us at CustomerSupport@agnlawn.com and we can begin a trace on the package with the carrier to find why there are delays.
NOTE: This process can sometimes take up to 48 hours with carriers.
How can I ensure this part will fit my machine?
We make every effort to make sure our listings are thorough for what models a part fits, however updates are continual from the manufacturers. Feel free to give us a call at (636) 366-2336 or email CustomerSupport@agnlawn.com with your make, model, and serial number and we can research the part and ensure a proper fit.
Additionally, once we know, we will update our listings for future customers as well.
Is it possible to order a part that you don't have listed? How?
Absolutely! As long as the part is available for us to purchase from the manufacturer, we will get the part in for you, prioritize it for our listers to get it online, and let you know immediately the moment it becomes available.
